Mr. Gration D’Souza
(Managing Partner)
Gration initiated the idea to set up the company. In his 45 years of experience he has come up with his own R & D and machine ideas which lead him to design more than 100 of machines. Prior to setting up Newtech he has served Spectrum Industries and St Joseph's Asylum Industrial Workshops.

Mr. Rathna Keerthi
(Managing Partner)
Keerthi has hands-on experience of more than 15 years in machine manufacturing and servicing. He also closely coordinates with the design team to propose his ideas for the development of the products. He is responsible for manufacturing and servicing of our products.

Mr. Varun D’Souza
(Business Development Manager)
Varun being graduated in the mechanical field of tool and die maker. He started his career as design engineering, with co-ordination with Mr. Gration; he has designed and improved several machines. He takes up the task of designing and marketing of our products.
